Domestic postage is a flat fee of $9 with no extra charges on additional items.
Express Post is available for $12 which is a faster postal delivery option, however Australia Post cannot currently guarantee next-business-day delivery. Express Post does not guarantee a 'rush order' and orders will still be processed within 5 business days.
All orders will be sent from our HQ in Benalla, Victoria, via Australia Post. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, which can then be tracked online at www.auspost.com.au
Orders $50 and above qualify for free shipping (Australia wide) which is automatically calculated at the checkout.
FREE local pick up is available from Benalla, Victoria. When you enter your delivery address at the checkout, postcodes in the Benalla area (3672, 3673, 3671 and 3670) will show free local pick up. We will be in touch to arrange delivery / collection.
All earrings are securely wrapped and packaged with bubble wrap and colourful tissue paper and sent in a sturdy mailing box. If your order is a gift, we are happy to include a card and write your personalised message (at no extra cost!) - please select the giftwrapping option at the checkout.
Please note, if your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78.
Goose and Bug will not be responsible for lost or returned orders due to inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer. Where an order is returned to us under these circumstances, the customer will be charged an additional fee to ship the order a second time, regardless of the order value.
International shipping is $20 (to select countries), with goods sent by standard international shipping (which includes tracking). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Goose and Bug is not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you make multiple orders, please email Goose and Bug with your order numbers at email@example.com (for both domestic and international shipping) and we will arrange a refund on postage.
