Current processing time is up to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time you place your order.
Domestic postage is a flat fee of $9 with no extra charges on additional items. All orders will be sent from our HQ in Benalla, Victoria, via Australia Post. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, which can then be tracked online at www.auspost.com.au
Orders $50 and above qualify for free shipping (Australia wide) which is automatically calculated at the checkout.
FREE local pick up is available from Benalla, Victoria. If you wish to arrange local collection in the Benalla (3672) area, please select BENALLA PICK UP at the checkout. We will be in touch to arrange collection.
All earrings are securely wrapped and packaged with bubble wrap and colourful tissue paper and sent in a sturdy mailing box.
Please note, if your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78.
Goose and Bug will not be responsible for lost or returned orders due to inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer. Where an order is returned to us under these circumstances, the customer will be charged an additional fee to ship the order a second time, regardless of the order value.
International shipping is $20 (to select countries), with goods sent by standard international shipping (which includes tracking). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Goose and Bug is not responsible for delays due to customs.
